Ordering PCBs
PCB Manufacturer Choice
This guide primarly walks through using JLCPCB. There are other great manufactures like PCBWay and NextPCB to name a few, however I used JLCPCB (not sponsored) for ordering my PCBs as it was the cheapest option. The process for ordering from other manufactures is generally the same.
Locating Gerber Files
Before ordering the PCBs, you need to have the right gerber files ready and information to verify the gerber files (dimensions of the PCB). All custom AERIS PCBs have pre-generated gerber files packaged in a .zip. Quick access to them is provided below (the tab names corresponds to their BOM label):

Ordering Multiple Different PCBs
If ordering multiple different PCBs, you will need to create a qoute for each individually, then select them all from your cart during checkout.
With the gerber zip file downloaded, head over to JLCPCB's qoute tool and upload the zip file. You can verify this by looking at the preview and the auto-filled dimensions (correct dimensions can be found above).
Once the gerber file is uploaded and everything looks correct, you can press "save to cart", however there is some optional customisation we can choose. For the most part we want to leave the options as their defaults. I usually make the changes listed below:
PCB Colour
: BlackSurface Finish
: LeadFree HASLMark On PCB
: Remove MarkShipping
: Global Standard Direct Line
With the order added to cart, you can proceed to checkout and place your order (make sure your desired shipping option is selected correctly)
